Chapel Hill Advanced Dentistry

Lindsay – Dental Hygienist

Lindsay has a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from UNC-Chapel Hill. Upon graduating, Lindsay’s neighbors told her that she needs to come in and meet their dentist, Dr. Saib. She walked in one day and was hired. Lindsay is an integral part of the practice and is one of the reasons why patients love coming to Chapel Hill Advanced Dentistry. Lindsay is empathetic and comforting as she educates her patients in their oral wellness. Lindsay lived in Clemmons, NC before settling down in Durham with her husband and three daughters. She is very involved in her church and loves serving the community.

Passionate about: Raising kind and honest kids and exercising.

Guilty pleasure: Wine (but I do not feel guilty).

Makayla – Dental Hygienist

Originally from the beautiful coast of North Carolina, Makayla has a deep-rooted commitment to ensuring every patient receives the highest quality of care. She earned her dental hygiene and dental assisting degrees from Coastal Carolina Community College, where she honed her skills and developed a deep commitment to patient care. With her gentle demeanor and attention to detail, she makes dental visits comfortable and informative. Outside of the office, Makayla enjoys spending time on the water in her hometown of Emerald Isle and hiking with her dog, Louis.

Heather – Dental Assistant

Heather is a North Carolina native and is married with three young kids. When she’s not helping patients at our office, she spends her time chasing toddlers and enjoying living room dance parties! Heather earned her dental assisting degree from Alamance Community College. She has a gift for putting patients at ease and helping them through even the most complicated procedures.

Skylar – Dental Assistant

Skylar is another North Carolina native and loves all things Tar Heel. When she is not busy at the office, you can find her enjoying time with friends and her beloved pup, Goose. She attended the Sunrise School of Dental Assisting. Her smile and fun-spirited personality will surely brighten up your visit.

Tavonya Tate – Patient Coordinator

Tavonya is a Maryland native and roots for the home team The Washington Commanders and The Washington Nationals. She has 13+ years in all things dental administrative. She is a wealth of knowledge with a friendly and helpful demeanor. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband of 18 years and their 3 children, traveling and living life to the fullest. She also LOVES anything Grinch related as Christmas is her favorite holiday.

Terry – Patient Care Coordinator

Terry hails from New York, but North Carolina has been home sweet home since childhood. She enjoys candle making, arts and crafts, and spending time with her dog, Bear, when she is not busy at the office. Terry graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Alamance Community College in 2010 and has found her niche in dentistry as a patient care coordinator. You will appreciate her thorough knowledge of dentistry and her warmth at the front desk.
